About this listen
War veteran, Tabitha Masters, expected to live out the rest of her days with the debilitating scars of battle. But, after her crew made a deal with the devil (Smuggler's Dilemma, Privateer Tales Book Five), she's been given a second chance. A month in a medical tank and Tabby's injuries are repaired, replaced and even upgraded.
Within hours of being discharged from the hospital, Tabby hears from Shri Ganguly - a fellow veteran and survivor of the Red Houzi war. Shri is convinced she's being targeted and hopes that Tabby can help.
It will take everything Tabby has to recover, while facing down the danger that threatens her friend.

Good story
Another great book from Jamie Mcfarlane, good story nice build up to the next book, shame Michael Naramore did not narrate the book, found this narrators way of telling the story really annoying it sounded rushed and like she was always out of breath every time she spoke

Tabby gets an upgrade
When Tabby comes out of the regen tank with new legs, it takes a little while to find her balance but when a friend calls, she has to go and help.
A nice story.

Great diversion, albeit a short one
Loved this slight diversion in the main theme. The narration, again, was very good and has it just right.
