Great advice for overthinking

I felt like the advice in this audiobook was very helpful for me. I'm a Type A personality and have always been very driven, but along with that comes overthinking. It's something I've struggled with for most of my life. The author explains why this happens to us and then provides actionable steps that you can take to overcome it. Everything he recommends is easy to follow and I feel like it has made a big difference for me. I appreciated that his recommendations also go beyond overthinking and can also help with anxiety, negative thinking, stress, and even improving focus. Mind Full to Mindful - this book delivers!

This book is a absolute must read for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the constant cycle of overthinking. Dean does a great job of providing practical, empowering, and actionable strategies that help you take control of your thoughts to find clarity amidst chaos. What I really took away from this was how effective the techniques are for tackling anxiety and negative mental patterns.
I appreciated how the book dove deep into the science behind to help us (the readers) understand why it happens and more importantly, how to break free from it. The section on dealing with ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) was particularly eye opening and offered practical ways to shift to a more positive mindset. If you’re looking for a book that’ll help you to move from "mind full" to "mindful," this book is it for you. It’s a powerful tool for reclaiming peace, purpose, and balance in your life. Highly recommended!

A brilliant book, that’s well written and engaging. Will definitely use some if not all the strategies to overcome my anxiety and overthinking. I’ve recommended to my dad because god knows he needs to read this!

No more anxiety

Great audio which is very well narrated and a life saver! I've suffered with anxiety my whole life and wanted to find out what I could do to help ease it but the results I got from putting the audibles strategies into action have been incredible. Chapter 2 and self talk is the biggest game changer for me and it's completely turned my way of thinking and talking to myself. A must listen if you want less or no anxiety!

Overthinking drains your energy.

We all overthink sometimes, and it really drains our energy. But the good thing is this is trainable! I love how it breaks down where overthinking comes from, offers easy tools and a way to re-think in a different way, and encourages you to handle negativity. Definitely worth the listen!
