Useful

I love the coaching real leader podcast so was excited about this book.
The book in audio format doesnt quite work as there’s no pdf of the graphs and quadrants referenced in the text, but the anecdotes and advice is still valid and helpful.

Didn’t take much from this and hard to follow
Keeps referring to some grid which I’m not sure is
