More romance than thriller

The first thing to say is; this book is narrated beautifully. It starts out as a thriller before quickly turning into a romance. I found myself willing it to be more thrilling, and eventually it gets there but it does take a long time. it is a good story, just not quite what I was expecting.

As soon as I finished it I downloaded book 2

Loved this, Although the main character is running away she's no damsel in distress. I couldn't put it down and after reading so many other romantic suspense novels I thought I knew where the story was going. Brilliant twists, well written and addictive.
