Perilous to miss

I am loving this series. I don't normally like lots of romance in my stories and wish the author would just get back to the mystery but that is so not the case with this series. In fact the love triangle is what makes it entertaining. I really like the characters and have no idea who I want her to end up with because it isn't just the action that is sizzling. I love the way Davia is so much happier charging into gun fire than walking into a party but who can blame her with some of the parties she has to attend. This is the third book in the series and although it does work as a standalone it works better if you have an understanding of Davia's situation. The story is well written and gives you a mix of action, romance, mystery and humour that will have the listener hooked until the end. I can't wait for the next book.
Still unable to join her team Davia is having to met the requirements of her aunts trust. As part of her social obligations she is having to tour houses to check the suitability of the houses to be included in the open homes event. Which proves to be the least of her worries when she discovers a friend dead, gets tangled up in a robbery and uncovers a smuggling ring. All this while trying to sort out her feeling for two alpha males. It's made worse when two little girls and her best friend get kidnapped. Can Davia training and skill help her to come out on top or will money and a rich mans influence prove the winner?
I like the narrator. She helps the story come alive and will have you ducking the flying bullets.
