Summary

The theological train I am most attached with has often interpreted blasphemy of the Holy Spirit as accrediting the works of Jesus to the devil. This is a solid interpretation, taken directly from context, but it fails to flow with the basic principles found in the rest of the Bible. Theologians should practice a core value that requires every doctrine to be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. There is not enough evidence to establish a doctrine that people can commit an unforgivable sin. But Satan and his angels…that is another story!
