Difficult listen for someone in the construction tech industry

I feel this books author really doesn’t understand the context in which IoT technologies are used. All examples are provided are ones you probably have heard before. As a technology guru I found many of the points raised in the technical section of the book were deep and unfounded. Also ignores required maturity of the industries for adoption of these technologies. Would be good for a lost (wannabe) CEO of a contractor company with R&D budget to waste
