Excellent opening book for beginners and novices
A very good book for an introduction into thr world of property investing. Even though you need to invest further to get more information, this doesn't feel like a huge upsell compared to some other books I've read.

Tonnes of information!
Great listen but I would advise having a pen and paper to hand as there’s loads to take note of.
