About this listen

From Genesis to Revelation, the providence of God directs the entire course of redemptive history. Providence is “God’s purposeful sovereignty”. Its extent reaches down to the flight of electrons, up to the movements of galaxies, and into the heart of man. Its nature is wise and just and good. And its goal is the Christ-exalting glorification of God through the gladness of a redeemed people in a new world.

fantastic

i love this book. john hits the nail repeatedly on the head. God either is or isnt. he exists or he doesn't. if he exists then thr only possible conclusion is that everything in the universe happens because it is in his will. thats stuff we call good and stuff we call bad. thanks God that he knows better than us :)

What a book

Praise God for His providence in leading Pastor John Piper write this book. I mean, there's no other thing in the world that can give us strong and powerful hope than the purposeful sovereignty of God - His Providence. I am filled with awe, reverend fear and unspeakable thankfulness to The LORD who by His amazing providence, by Grace through faith has saved me! I am all the more thankful, grateful and in awe of my salvation.

Amazing book on the providence of God!

I hope more people will come to the inevitable conclusion that God is sovereign and this book is a perfect study dedicated for it.

Thanks John Piper!

Drivel

Gave up halfway, boring drivel. Unbiblical nonsense. Not even read by John Piper either so if you're after that don't bother buying this.
