some useful tips
if you are new to 'self-discovery', bettering yourself, improving your life, figuring out your life purpose, self love, mindfulness, human mind and behaviour etc. this probably serves as a decent starting point, otherwise don't be in a rush to listen to this one, as generally it is not the best of a kind book. I find the narrator's voice a little annoying as well, with all respect to him. Just my personal view. Better/more useful material towards the end.. the beginning probably works better for youngsters who are seeking direction in life.

It is a great complement
Overall, this book is one of the most practical and helpful books on mindfulness I have come across. It's very helpful, and I will be using it in my personal life, but also with some of my clients in my coaching business.

This is a nice, simple method for new parents.
It is a great complement to my daily practice. Proving to be a valuable part of my mental health regime, it was very easy to adopt into my every day. Not only do I use it, I will also be using it with my counselling clients and as part of the curriculum for my coaching clients.
