Impactful

I have greatly benefited from listening to this book, and I am much more confident going forward with my weight loss journey. I was initially unaware of the power of hypnosis through audio and was skeptical, but I have happily been proven wrong. I really liked how the book is not weight loss-inclusive, as there are also parts that make you aware and help boost your self-confidence and self-esteem.

The part of the book I related to and gained the most value from was the section on breaking my food addiction, as I have struggled for many years with this problem. The narration is calming and reassuring, and the words are buried deep into your consciousness. I also appreciated the author's inclusion of restoring a healthy body image, as this is another issue I struggle with, and from listening to this hypnosis, I am making significant progress in this area. Overall, great audiobook!

Great Way To Lose Weight
