About this listen
I can’t stand him...and I can’t keep my hands to myself.
If my father finds out I’m an undercover cop, I’m a dead man. And if he finds out I’m gay, it won’t be much better. But I’m determined to take him and his corrupt MC down, even if it means working with Coop to do it. He can’t stand me - or any cop - and the feeling should be mutual. Instead, he makes me wish for things I can’t have.
I’ve been undercover for so long that I’m beginning to forget who the real me is. It doesn’t matter if being around Coop helps me remember. He might hate cops, but he’s the only one who can see past the mask I wear to survive.
I can’t afford to have a heart, and it doesn’t matter if I lose my soul. I need to take down my father’s club and end his evil, for good. Coop can’t be mine when I have nothing to give, and if anyone finds out about us, we’re both dead.
So, why can’t I let him go?

Great addition
Aiden Bates and Ali Lyda did a brilliant job with another addition to a great series. Nice balance of action and romance. James Amherst did a nice job with the voices.

SO good!
I was already obsessed with the hells ankhor MC and hearing them come to life just made it that much better! The narrator did such an awesome job bringing the characters to life and the light bdsm aspect was done very well! I can’t wait for more!

Definitely enjoyed Rebel
I thoroughly enjoyed Rebel. It was fast-paced, full of angst, just a bit of badassery – not too much, enough to keep it going and super hot sex. I loved Coop and Rebel. They both had interesting back stories and were likable, after they earned it and I thought the Hell’s Ankhor men were great. I hadn’t read the first two books (But they are on my kindle now) but it didn’t hamper my enjoyment of this book, it definitely could stand alone. I can’t wait to read the next book and I definitely recommend it.
I really liked James Amherst’s voice and his pace was enjoyable to listen to. He definitely brought the characters to life. It was a very good audiobook and I definitely recommend it.

loving this series
love the enemies to lovers story this one brings. I also enjoy the fact even though the background issue is ongoing it flows through each book allowing it to be a standalone without feeling you missed something.

The one I was waiting for
I fell in love with this series from book one and that love affair continued with the second book. I almost didn't read this first book, as I thought MC club books were not something I would enjoy. Boy was I wrong. I rooted for the Hell's Ankhor MC club to take down the Vipers club and their evil, evil leader Bane. In the first book, I was a bit puzzled by the behavior of Logan's brother Rebel, but assumed he just had some vestige of family feeling left that his father Bane did not. The major twist at the end of the second book, Gunnar, when it was revealed that Rebel was actually an undercover cop came as a total surprise to me and explained his behavior in book one. I have been dying to read his story since that revelation and this volume did not disappoint. This is a variation on the enemies to lovers story as Rebel and Coop are forced to work together to bring down the Vipers and Coop certainly has no love for cops. What he does discover, however, is a deep love for one particular undercover cop. Watching Coop and Rebel's relationship develop amidst all the chaos around them was just lovely. Underneath all the layers of bluster, these two are really just marshmallows inside with each other. The outside world, however, will require every ounce of strength and tougness they possess just to survive, much less defeat the Vipers. It suddenly occurred to me at the end of this book that this series has been all about proving that love and trust are stronger than the evil that is out there and that those who are able to give and receive that love are the ones who will win. We get our win and our happy ever after here but there is still a shadow out there lurking and waiting to do some damage to the Hell's Ankhor club in the next volume. I can't wait until we get that in May! James Amherst does an excellent job of distinguishing the voices among a bunch of alpha males. He also catches the emotional nuances necessary to make you understand the men beneath the tough exteriors as well.

WOW!
Another wonderful book in the series. The plot caught me since the beginning and I couldn't stop hearing it until the very end. This interesting story was full of intrigue and danger in between a lot of romance and hot scenes. Some parts of the book were stressful for me because the story got intense and emotional but the end really is worthy of the angst. In addition to the amazing book I enjoyed a lot the voice acting and general performance of Mr Amherst, who made the book even more entertaining. Loved It!

One of my favourites
Rebel is definitely one of my favourites in the series. The narrator was excellent and pulled me in instantly.
Rebel and Coop had a horrible childhood but in Rebel’s case, he’s still living it. These two find something worth fighting for when they least expect it, but will they fight to keep it?
Fantastic - I thoroughly enjoyed it.
