I personally absolutely loved this book, it personally helped me understand CBT incredibly well as well as learning how to implement certain exercises in my daily life that have been extremely beneficial, absolutely loved it

Must listen!

I am excited to go through this book. This book helps set goals, identify thought patterns, break negative thought patterns, face your fears among other things. It is a workbook so you can look back and see your progress from beginning to end. There is plenty of space to write, questions to guide you and information to define each area you are working on.

Beginner’s book

This is a very good beginner’s book. I found this book very helpful and insightful for a beginner who is learning the craft on her own for the first time. I loved the remove hate spell, tried it a few times, and I feel like it really has worked.

I found it very helpful and I am using their tactics working on being successful. It has helped me more than other books I have to listen on the subject and will take time to turn around a lifetime of procrastinating, but I am hopeful.
