About this listen
On a dirt road in Nevada, a woman lay dying.
In book one of Steel MC Montana Charter, Josh "Red" Luke, Montana Steel MC nomad, wants to go home. It doesn’t have anything to do with running from something as much as the need to find his place in the world. As a former army medic, he used his GI bill to become a skilled surgeon, which fills his necessity to help. Together with the training from the military to never leave a man behind, his soul feels almost whole.
The woman struggles to find her own name and the reason for being brutally beaten and left for dead. However, the memories come in hard, harsh bursts and the struggles to figure who she was leaves her reeling and landing in the violent MC world where her natural instinct to run come out. One consecration the lack of memory fortified her was to discover a thing she never gave a chance in the past: love.
When those who caused the hurt find out that their target is alive, but under the fog of amnesia, they set out to finish the job. With her life in danger, the safest place is in Red’s arms. He can heal the woman’s body, but can Red convince her there’s room in her heart for him?

Good
Tanner did a good job on his voices, his female interpretation didn't grate on my nerves like some male speakers have in the past.

Enjoyed
I enjoyed listening to Tanner De Bruyne , I believe perfect for this book.
This book is full of great characters and very strong story, full of excitement. The book touches on some sides of life , that it would be easy to flinch away from. We have a MC and abused women.
Red and Nova have different lives.
This is a great listen..

More, please!!
I can't believe that I waited this long to read Michel Prince and Wren McCabe. I'm utterly impressed by how well-composed and emotionally charged the storyline is. As for the characters, they are genuine with depth and vulnerabilities. Nova and Red will pull on your heartstrings and sweep you off your feet.
Tanner De Bruyne's performance is outstanding. His emulations of the characters' personalities and emotions are spot on, further captivating the listener. Overall, this is a beautifully-written and descriptive MC love romance with spectacular characters and exceptional narration, and I highly recommend it. I can't wait for the second book to be released.

Really good MC story!
These are new authors to me and I will be looking for more titles after listening to this one. Roadkill is an exciting and intense story filled with interesting characters. It doesn't flinch from the harsh sides of life, but, at the same time retains an optimism about the intrinsic good of the majority. Tanner De Bruyne narrates with confidence and kept me glued to the audio, anxious to hear what was coming up next. Both Red and Nova are great characters with really different life stories, but both having a strong caring nature. I look forward to hearing more from the Steel MC in the future 💖💖💖💖

Book 1
What a wonderful way to start an MC series. These are stand up bikers that don’t let bullies get away with anything. I love all the Characters and can’t wait to find out what more is to come from these people. I bet Nova is going to show everyone what she is made of. The narration was great. I definitely recommend this book.

Different from the usual MC book
Different from the usual MC book, good to see strong characters that want to help others. Great performance from Tanner.
