About this listen
From bestselling author Sariah Wilson comes a charming romance about living your life one dream at a time.
Madison Huntington is determined to live her dreams. That means getting out from under her family’s wealth and influence by saying no to the family business, her allowance, and her home. But on a teacher’s salary, the real world comes as a rude awakening - especially when she wakes up every morning on a colleague’s couch. To get a place of her own (without cockroaches, mold, or crime scene tape), Madison accepts a position as a roommaid. In exchange for free room and board, all she needs to do is keep her busy roommate’s penthouse clean and his dog company. So what if she’s never washed a dish in her life. She can figure this out, right?
Madison is pretty confident she can fake it well enough that Tyler Roth will never know the difference. The finance whiz is rich and privileged and navigates the same social circles as her parents - but to him she’s just a teacher in need of an apartment. He’s everything Madison has run from, but his kindhearted nature, stomach-fluttering smile, and unexpected insecurities only make her want to get closer. And Tyler is warming to the move.
Rewarding job. Perfect guy. Great future. With everything so right, what could go wrong? Madison is about to find out.

Love story - easy going
Really enjoyed this. Not intense, nor complex. Nice and light hearted. An easy listen / read.

Great narration!
Good story, good narrator. Overall I enjoyed it. FMC a bit stupid, but enjoyable story anyway. Great that's also available on Kindle unlimited.

very movies 24
I quite liked this story obviously predictable with an HEA at the end but I did not get bored and there were enough little diversions to maintain the interest.
Lauren Ezzo reading was good although her effected accent of the naive rich girl was a bit off putting at first but grew on me.
Very Cinderella like but I do wish after investing time and interest in the characters that there would be an epilogue chapter! if it was good enough for Jane Austen then don't leave the reader hanging.

Adorable
The novel was adorably cute and sweet. There was no spice at all, but it's ok because they are just super lovable as they were.
They go from housemates to friends to kind of lovers. They are never completely together together , so that is why I say kind of lovers. I wish there was more of the actual romance here, and that we got an epilogue without those it felt unfinished. Still it's a good, light read. Free on KU with free audio.

A bouncy, bubbly, bimbo of a book.
I felt like my hair had been washed and not rinsed properly. This is not a book that takes women seriously and the high pitched voice and delivery of the reader left me feeling that I had been nagged for hours.
