Fantastic!

The excitement of Christmas can sometimes get a little overwhelming for my 8-year-old, so I thought we’d give this a try. It’s been fantastic! The meditations are just long enough to hold his attention, and he feels like he’s going on a ‘Christmas journey’ with Santa. Now, he even asks to do it before bed. It’s helping him slow down and feel calmer—and honestly, it’s a relief for me too. Such a nice balance of holiday magic and mindfulness.
