Narrator let this book down

The story was good and the caricatures were strong but the narrator didn’t seem the get the pace of the story right. Her voice was always very sweet and sickly. Her rendition of a male voice was awful and the main woman in the story seemed week and wishy washy but that not how the righter portrayed her.
