About this listen
She wants her freedom and all I want is her....
Nicole DeLuca, she’s the daughter of the biggest crime boss on the west coast. Did I mention that her father, Gino DeLuca, is my enemy?
I slept with Nikki and I can’t for the life of me forget about her. I’ve been keeping tabs on her, making sure no other men come anywhere near her.
I’ll chase them away like the beast that I am to protect her.
Like a caged bird, she’s desperate for freedom. Nikki sneaks out, only to get snatched and sold as a bride.
Even in the darkest room, the dirtiest corner of the world, I recognize her. She’s my little kitten.
I buy her. Own her. Save her.
Except she doesn’t see it that way....
She wants her freedom and all I want is her and that baby.
This dark mafia romance is the first in the Mafia Marriages series and can be listened to as a stand-alone and ends with a happily ever after. It also features cameo appearances from the Eagle Tactical series.

Not the best book I have read but it wasn’t terrible
It was a interesting book and I really liked it until a was nearing the end. Everything turn to shit, she became so incredibly stupid about everything from her moves to her thinking. Irritating was the only word to describe it.
The time line in this book was also very off but I could get over that but it was still confusing and a bit unrealistic.
Overall the book wasn’t the worst I have ever read and a liked the begging so i did enjoy reading this book. It could have been better if things didn’t fall to shit though the end.

Secret Vow.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wow, This book had triggers throughout, me personally I think they really added to the story and the characters Dante Ricci, and Nicole (Nikki), Dante met a female at a bar wanting the same thing as him a one time, no-strings, no looking for a relationship, he introduced himself as Daniel and he left after doing the deed. Nikki, I found her very nieve not listening to anyone but her lying father, and running away every time her father tells her she is getting married. There were twist and turns, action, danger, violence, enemies, anger, betrayal, lies, secrets, pain, kidnapping, trafficking, lust, passion, and maybe even love.

Painful
I’ve listened to many books but this one was painful to listen to. I was determined to listen to the end and give it a chance. The storyline was implausible at times. There many better written mafia books out there. The editing was bad and it was poorly narrated. It was some times confusing to determine what character the line referred to and it would have helped if there was voice changes for each characters. Save your money. Don’t buy this book.
