Written especially for adults!

The main takeaway of this book was how adults, whether they were diagnosed with ADHA as a youth. Research about the ways to understand AHDA in adults using three categories was very helpful. The are common myths dispelled,and tips for how to take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. The narration was excellent and the content is very helpful for someone learning how to live more successfully and happily as an adult!

insightful

I've an aunt of a teen who has recently been diagnosed to be on the spectrum. We care for them 3 days a week after school, and it has always been a challenge for me and my hubby, but more so even for my nephew. I feel he is very drained when he arrives home from school, and I've never understood why. I've listened to this book and now have been listening with them during dinner, and he's delighted with the newfound knowledge. Great listen
