Because Self-Care Is Hard

a lighthearted listen on self-care
As someone who’s always listening to self-care content, this audiobook was a really great gift. The author does an amazing job blending humor with practical tips, making it both entertaining and genuinely helpful for managing the chaos of everyday life. It’s not your usual "perfect self-care" guide, it’s all about embracing the messiness, and I really appreciate that! If you're after a real, relatable self-care audiobook, I highly recommend this one

That was fun!
I'm a stupidly busy person (I know I should learn to say no haha) and that's why I don't have time to read regular books... but I got this audiobook to try to improve things. It's fun and pleasant to listen to, it didn't lecture me, and I think I'll try to implement some of the tips. Thanks to the author!
