People who accomplish great feats owe their successes not to luck, but to the sheer ability to control their desires and to keep themselves from being complacent with what they currently have. This was very helpful

Thoughtful insights into motivation to exercise.Enough examples to set you on the right path to setting and reaching your goals. Highly recommend it for e everyone that needs a few guidelines and a kick in the rump to get motivated.

Very clearly and is right on!

It teaches you several strategies and talks about many potential pitfalls but focuses on the most effective way to be successful to develop your self-discipline.

Real information

life starting from small changes every day, self discipline is the key to success, The first step that I improved in my life is a morning routine with deep breath techniques and meditation and I will be improving more things to it every week.

Absolutely loved this audiobook, already started applying some of the ideas/teachings from it, will listen it again so it's engraved in my mind. It's also a very good audio if you're in a hurry for a mental transformation.

I think it's a good guide

it will require applying the skills and ideas mentioned in the book to your everyday life. It will not be easy but I honestly believe that this book will be critical to my success in the days to come. An excellent and quick guide.

Basic and very useful info

Sometimes we forget the basic principles to have an easier life, and in fact any of us can find here , in this book the words we need to be able to get your life back on the right way.
