I’m a converted skeptic

This book was recommended to me at a difficult point in my life. I was very focused on the great and now, but I needed to be brave and look back, before I could move forward.

I will be eternally grateful to Louise Hay and my mentor (who pushed me to read/listen)

This book has changed me, it’s making me the me I want to be. It’s reduced anxiety, allowed me to look forward, make peace with my past and be happier, more content.

I still listen to it regularly.
