My wife loved it
My wife and I listened to this and she really loved it. A perfect way to become a leader in the business world. A lot of the stuff mentioned in the audiobook is related and the book identifies ways to influence and lead teams as a female teamleader. A must have for any woman who feels less confident in the world of commercial world.

Boss-Man to Boss-Lady 💪
I got this book for my wife as a major reshuffle is due to happen in her workplace and she could be given extra responsibilities. She said this book is helping her and she is re-reading the chapters a few times. Also, I found her taking down notes, the diligent person that she is! That intrigued me and I also listened to it. The book is great! The author Jemma Roedel has written an exceptional book for female executives & managers. The author has extensively researched the topic and has brought out and explained some new topics in a fresh way. Though it is said to be for female bosses, the book is equally good for anyone.
Krista Larson has a great voice and her narration is impressively business-like.
I would recommend this book to all the bosses and everyone who wants to be one, male & female, as this book will open your eyes and make you an effective & responsible manager.

Empowering
I bought this for a good friend who is starting her own business. She loved the audiobook and said it made her feel empowered whilst giving her the key skills to effectively build and manage a team. It also did great for building her self confidence, it can be daunting starting a business on your own. I can see the changes in her, it’s like she is a new person who is ready to take on the world! A great buy!

Powerful!
Must listen! The author is so relatable and her wisdom and advice is priceless. I have struggled with so many things covered in this book and it provided me with actionable solutions, especially for imposter syndrome. I also really enjoyed the section on communication. There are so many golden nuggets that I will be listening to the whole audio again. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing. Highly reccomend.

Think Like a Queen
This was highly inspirational and there was lots of information to absorb. It gives you the tools to create your own successful roadmap, as it points out within the audiobook, everybody has to forge their own path to success. I found the tips around improving your mindset and self-confidence very useful, as we as individuals tend to downplay our abilities as leaders within the workplace. The narration was well-paced and highly engaging. I would recommend this to anybody wanting to improve their leadership skills.

Loved the range of valuable insights and action
Some great tips that I had not heard before especially around the words that you use or that you use to ‘fill’ with and the use of words like ‘think’. I have been a boss at quite a high level and it was good to hear many of the issues that have struck me over the years. I haven't taken the time to quantify or describe as well as this and it will really help others (and men too) to realise what they are doing themselves, to themselves (imposter syndrome) as well as how to approach situations. I particularly loved the focus on the importance of the team and some great tools to help from speaking up to negotiation to perfectionism. Great narration and packed with a great range of valuable information that will I will remember to put into action for a long time!
