A contemporary Dubliners
Blindboy is our day’s answer to Joyce and this is his Dubliners. I hope he gives us a Ulysses someday.

Really enjoyed it,looking forward to the 2nd Batch
Some of my favourite podcast episodes are the ones that blindboy reads out a story, great to have them all in one place. Looking forward to the 2nd batch of stories.

not a single bad story
an amazing book I was so lost when it ended. noone else could have narrated it and the moments left empty after each story were sorely needed to get your head straight before you were ready for more. I love this book

Incredible new genre
All books should be scored like this. Blindboy creates an amazing atmosphere for each story. The writing is also uniquely creative and insanely good. I've been looking forward to this for 5 years since the 1st podcasts. Thank you.

Well
You can't like all stories in a book of short stories. All stories felt original though.

Genius!
Bought both books. Loved them. This is a fitting addition. The musical accompaniment is fantastic. Boulevard Wren is monumentally good!

A dark and beautiful collection of stories.
I’d been waiting a long time to hear these stories being read in the voice of Blindboy. It did not disappoint. The dark comic fictions are spooky and ethereal as well as being poignant and powerful.
The soundtrack added by Blindboy heightened the tensions in the works and it was a wonderful way of connecting the worlds.
Spellbinding.
