About this listen
I believe that people have much to gain from making sure that authors, artists, publishers and promoters are compensated, while using and getting works like songs, books, audiobooks and so on.
I wish to convey how it feels being an author nowadays, how people are becoming aware of their impact on the creative ecosystem, and how we are all interdependent, connected and part of the same society.
I believe that, often without noticing it, people are ultimately hurting their own interests when they don’t think about the implications that uncompensated sharing has on the entire content production ecosystem and on society as a whole.
And that we should all look collectively for ways to make sure authors thrive and we all reap the benefits.
Ultimately, each of us is or can be an author if we wish so.
