Perfect for teens building confidence

This audiobook really hits on the key social skills teens need but often struggle to learn on their own. The focus on confidence-building and navigating different social situations was exactly what I hoped for. The tips on how to initiate and maintain conversations were especially helpful, making socializing seem way less intimidating. Plus, it doesn’t feel like a lecture. The content is relatable and easy to follow, which I think teens will really appreciate. Overall, a great tool for young people to build up their social toolkit!
