A Great Way to Relax!

Stress Relief and Reduced Pain!
When I purchased this book, I wasn't familiar with somatic exercises. I had heard it was a good relief for body aches, which I experienced nightly, so I thought I would try it. I Needed This Information!
Martina covers in an easy-to-understand style every area that I seek to improve. I appreciate the accompanying PDF for easy reference and photos of the exercises. "Somatic" has been a relatively new term to me, and I now better understand the body-mind connection in reducing stress and anxiety.
