Great for Beginners!!!

This is fantastic, and the exersices truly are fit for beginners. I actually am loving this so much because the narration and the directions are very helpful and easy to understand. I also love that I can do this in just 10 minutes a day!

a great way to find your chill!

An eye opener about mental health benefits of exercise

I love exercise. I ride my bike and go to the gym 3 times a week. I know exercise benefits my mental health, but I didn't know about the whole system of Somatic exercise. Tha direct brain-emtions-body connection in 10 minutes a day. Excellent. Recommend
