What a lucky guy I am to have the opportunity to finally listen to a book that actually does what it says it will. Mind-body connection

I think as people become more attuned to their physical, emotional, and mental well-being, books like this will be even more sought after. Anyone can find value in this one. As a relative beginner to the mind/body connection discussions, I found the information to be easily digestible and learned quite a bit. Various concepts and techniques are covered, but in a way that isn’t overwhelming. The exercises take practice, but I think consistency is the key. Great book.
