Dark, sophisticated, compulsive and deliciously thrilling!
Really enjoyed this glimpse into the theatre world, and the mind of another - no spoilers here so I won’t say anymore, except that both the writing and the reading flow with intrigue in a way that made for compulsive listening. Thank you very much, I thoroughly enjoyed!

A Delicious Dark Slice of An Actor’s Life
This is a dark and thrilling mystery, creating a compelling and tense atmosphere throughout. One is immediately drawn into the world of an ambitious, young actor, fresh out of drama school.
The author paints a fascinating and disturbing picture of life in the theatre, starting in London and finishing in New York, via the stunning Minack Theatre in Cornwall.
I cannot wait for her next novel!

Cut throat business!
Loved how the author took you on a journey through the cut-throat world of acting. It’s full of twist and turns and not at all what I was expecting. One to recommend. Well worth a listen

Excellent - gripped from the start. Couldn’t stop listening
I really enjoyed this book which hooked me from the start. You got into the characters so easily and I found myself taking the longer route home or walking the dog longer just to listen. The best book I have listened to in a long time. Also didn’t expect the twist at the end. Recommend

An attention holding thriller
I really enjoyed this first novel by Becky Alexander. I finished it in a week. It is a compelling read. The plot pulls you in with an interesting array of characters. It’s pretty unsettling and left me keen to see how the various threads would be woven together at the end. Perfect for a holiday read. Excellent narration too.
