Summary

Lisbona, 1938. Il dottor Pereira è il responsabile della pagina culturale di un mediocre giornale del pomeriggio. Mite e solitario, quando assume il giovane Monteiro Rossi per scrivere i "coccodrilli", non sa ancora che l'incontro gli cambierà la vita.
