Great for those that are hesitant of change

My daughter is one that constantly self-doubts and won't try things because mentally she has not convinced herself that she can do it. She is at a point in her life where she is getting ready to graduate high school and will need to start embracing all sorts of new things in the world. She is prone to procrastination and distractions (doesn't help that she also has ADHD) so finding her a book that could help start to move her in the right direction has been difficult, until listening to this book. The book tries to encourage you that you are growing and changing when you start to embrace uncomfortableness. The book talks about having a north star in life to help to keep you motivated which is an easy thing to remember as you make decisions, get scared or are having problems with just moving forward.

For anyone who needs that little extra kick int he butt that will help them to modify their way of thinking and turn I can't do this into I can't do this yet, then this is a great book for you.
