Summary
Victor is a new recruit among the Steel Soldiers of the Prol Intergalactic Alliance, piloting an Armored Joint-Axis Core (ARJAC). He's been trained from birth to fight against the Kross uprising. Having graduated top of his class, he was put into a special forces group known as the Nightcats. His squad mates are even more deadly than he is.
