suspense and romance
Another great addition to the series, plenty to love, a great storyline, really likeable characters and a HEA. The only negative was the cringeworthy London accent. 5 stars for the story but only 4 stars for the narrator this time. Still worth a credit.

Disappointed
Usally love Max walker this was a disappointment had to keep stopping and starting this story the London accent was cringworthy have read all of the Stonewall investigations but this did just not flow for me.

Miami Nice!
I have loved everyone of Max Walker’s Stonewall Investigations Series but Lie With Me featuring Beckham and Oliver is my absolute favourite.
Despite the age gap and the tragedy the two characters have in their past and the threats and intimidation Oliver is experiencing in the present, their relationship is loving and solid.
I am extremely impressed with Max Walker’s writing of Beckham’s British character, it was very authentic, which was taken to the next level by the excellent talent of Greg Boudreaux.

Best story I’ve listened to, definitely created a roller coaster of emotions and definitely made me want to find my own sole mate.

couldn't finish
I loved the first book and was eager to listen to this 2nd one but I struggled through several chapters before giving up sadly the "british" accent was just not good and I feel a bit disappointed
