A great and simple (yet actionable) guide to beat
It uses a lot of (embarrassingly) relatable situations and describes how best to prepare yourself for them. It is full of simple, yet great and actionable advice, that each and every one of us can use to become a better version of ourselves. I highly recommend reading this book.

This book is really amazing and useful book.
I understood that Ails gets it. His portrayal of the battle that a ceaseless slacker experience regularly is right on the money. The more I read the more I understood there is another exit from dawdling. I was truly astounded that I was utilizing his recommendation effectively while perusing his book. I anticipate different books from this writer.

Excellent guide
Excellent guide on essentially how to hack life. Procrastination leads to worries, regret, and overall less fulfillment. Overcoming it allows you to make the most out of your time, and this s a great guide to do that. Recommended reading.

Valuable!
A simple and yet powerful book. I like how the author doesn't focus too much on the theory behind his concepts, stressing instead that it's important to really apply them. I also enjoyed that the chapters are short, so you can go on with the reading during brief chunks of time.

Excellent resource extremely helpful to me
The ideas began to help before I had even finished the book. An excellent resource is extremely helpful to me. I increased my productivity quite a bit already. I plan to re-listen it to get the ideas clear in my mind very short but packed with information.

Very practical applications.
Same as the author, I want to have a great life and am looking for it. Great to read this book and found a lot of practical ways. Yes, procrastination is a kind of self-discipline and self-control issue. I am going to take further steps as what the author told me. I appreciate his effort.

Some good suggestions.
An extremely helpful book on the subject, and one of the most directly useful and practical guides I've to listen to. Studying procrastination used to be one of my favorite procrastination strategies, but I haven't been doing that so much since reading Noah Grayton great guide. Thank-you
