Gets the main points across and saves you time

Please ignore the reviewer who gave this a one star rating because they downloaded this by mistake.

This audio book is well read, gets the main points across and will save you a lot of time (vs listening to the full original)

I might go on to read or listen to the full book at a later date, but I think I have taken what I need from this...

Sleep is important and should be prioritised :-)
