About this listen

Rowan was finally going to do something right; marry for love and for her kingdom. Keep her people safe. Until an archaic law enslaved her to the most feared man in all of Socair; a man who treats her like a pawn and calls her his pet.

But, when enemies emerge from unexpected places, she’s forced to realize that being Evander’s property might just be the only thing keeping her alive.

Can she fulfill her blood debt to Bear, even if it means losing Theo forever? Even if it means sacrificing her heart?

Tarnished Crown is book two of The Lochlann Feuds Trilogy.

Review by The Disney Bookworm

Yet again, Olivia brings life to our favourite redheaded princess. Elle and Robin's story is already incredible but Olivia broadcasts Rowan's tumultuous thoughts expertly, breaking our hearts with Rowan's pain and making them skip a beat during the tensions between the Socairan Lords.
Who needs a cast of characters when you have the range of Olivia King? As a Brit I only wish I had her refined tone!

Absolutely Fantastic!!

Oohhh mmmyyyy. This. Series. Just. Wow. I can't even make sentences 😂 The fun continues!! Plot twists 🤯 Romance 💕 There's a love triangle which I'm totally here for. Don't hate. 🔺️ Action ⚔ I can't say much bc spoilers abound but Robin and Elle never disappoint! Absolutely fantastic.

Olivia King is SUCH AMAZING narrator!! 👏👏👏 I love all her stuff. She differentiates the characters very well, and keeps it consistent through the whole series.

💬 Quotes I love
I studied his inscrutable features. “Why not just ask me what you want to know?”
“Because though you’re terrible at it, you seem inclined to lie.”
Well, then.
“I won’t give you any information on Lochlann. Or Elk,” I clarified.
He rolled his eyes. “That would be boring, Lemmikki. I promise not to ask you for anyone’s secrets besides your own.”

"Well, I have to keep my cliché middle-royal-child priorities in line, after all.”
If I hadn’t known any better, I might have thought he was biting back a smile. But that was impossible. To possess a sense of humor, he would have had to possess an actual soul.

"Your cursed hair is in my face again.”
“That means it’s marking you as a victim. Beware.”
