Summary

Jem is a joyful mystery to Alice. She is something to give thanks for. Surprising, mannered, but enjoyable.

Absolutely not my normal reading material, but very glad I read it. I think it will be a while before I read another Trapido.
So very arch and clever, but not quite human.
