Become more secure in your relationships

I had never heard of CBT before, but these exercises are really great if you are needing to deal with your insecurities, build your self-confidence, and learn to become more secure in your relationships. The exercises outlined here are really easy to follow and the recommendations can be implemented right away. The author is very compassionate and gives a great explanation of what anxious attachment is, why it develops, and what you can do about it. If you struggle with feelings of insecurity and a fear that your partner will leave you to the point where you begin to overthink everything, I think you'll find the guidance in this audiobook to be very helpful.
