This audiobook does a fantastic job at helping you to understand how your childhood shapes your relationships. It dives into attachment theory and shows how your past affects your present behavior. The author provides practical strategies and exercises to help you heal your inner child and overcome so you can create healthier, more loving relationships. The meditations and affirmations were great and really helped with my mindset! A great gift to yourself!
