Practical and easy to implement immediately
I feel i have a lot to learn about negotiation and this book was really helpful with giving me tools and techniques to practice. It was helpful for me to look at preparation techniques as I'm in the middle of negotiating with letting agents and also in how to bid for buying a business. The tricks I liked the most was not being afraid of silence and also using a 'board of directors' to take an offer back to!

Fantastic audiobook on negotiating
I have listened to a few books on this subject and this is by far the best, the author shares several practical techniques you can use when negotiating, what I also really like about this audiobook is it breaks down the psychology of negotiation and how it works alongside the techniques. Overall it’s very in-depth Audiobook and by far the best I have listened to on the subject

Excellent
I would highly recommend this audio book. It is easy to listen to and fascinating to learn about the methods we can use to get people to say yes. Not only for our benefit, but more importantly how those negotiation methods are also used on us, and in everyday scenarios too like buying a car or a house. I also like the biological section too that explains how we are wired to behave in certain situations. Well worth a listen.
