Helpful and healing potential
This book is both calming , and innovative in its positive attitude to the possibilities of the reinterpretation of nightmares. It’s very Jungian in tone. Some interpretations and practices may be a little advanced for everyone. I think it would be useful as an actual book, as one needs to refer back/forward to various sections which isn’t really possible in an audio book (though it is very pleasantly read).
I found it both interesting and inspiring, making bad dreams much less scary and more intriguing .
