About this listen
Aveline is thrilled when she discovers that the holiday cottage her mum has rented for the summer is beside a stone circle. Thousands of years old, the local villagers refer to the ancient structure as the Witch Stones, and Aveline cannot wait to learn more about them. Then Aveline meets Hazel: impossibly cool, mysterious yet friendly. Aveline soon falls under her spell. In fact, she is quite unlike anyone Aveline has ever met before - but she can't work out why. Will Aveline discover the truth about Hazel before it's too late?

Great performance.
Not the best book in the Series. Witch theme is creative. Not AMAZING. I'm not sure this was definitely worth it. Good I guess

Atmospheric and spooky - just what I love!
Another great spooky mystery following young heroine, Aveline Jones, and her mom on their holiday in the English countryside.

I thought the twist that hazle and Alice were sisters.
I love the hole story but I think the part where hazle gets Avilne to go into her house was odd and the first book was abt Cora Poole and I thought the second and third book may be about primrose and that she was never really dead or something like that BYAAA
