Clitheroe Kid

This takes me back to the days of my youth and BBC radio. Jimmy, our Susan, Alfie, Mum and Granddad do not disappoint.

Clithero Kid

Not being of the era to hear this as it was aired it took me a little time to get to know the characters. Good, clean, silly schoolboy humour that you can listen to time and again. Classic comedy well worth adding to your collection. I'm looking forward to future additions being made available.

A wonderful trip down memory lane

Jimmy Clitheroe was a great favourite of mine when I was a young child in 1960's. Listening to this took me back to Sunday lunchtime radio. It is 'of its time' but still very enjoyable. It's good clean fun and a pleasant change from the things we get on the radio now.
