I had a million questions about the Keto Diet

This book all of the idea of the recipe very simple. This cookbook has a lot of variety and will definitely become a family please, no matter the age of the family members. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cookbook offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions.
I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to do low-carb or keto I’ve been doing keto for almost a year and I have tons of audio books. This audiobook is very nice it is straight to the point and gives you great recipes.

Easy to follow this book.
This is one of the best book I seen ever! I'm starting keto the right way and the meals and recipes in this book have made me confident that I can do this without feeling deprived. I feel empowered.
