About this listen
Brought to you by Penguin.
The Confident Mind is a complete guide to self-belief for professionals in any field: how to understand it, how to build it, how to protect it and how to apply it when your performance matters. Nathaniel Zinsser has spent decades helping army elites, Olympic and top-tier athletes and business professionals overcome self-doubt so that they can perform to the best of their ability. In The Confident Mind, Zinsser shares a step-by-step logical approach to building confidence and breaks the process down into easy-to-practice steps that everyone can utilise. Zinsser dispels the notion that confidence is instinctive or elusive and clearly describes the process of applying self-belief when it's time to step into the spotlight.
Throughout the audiobook, listeners will hear from champion athletes, army combat veterans and other elite performers and professionals to show how the listener can adopt the same mental strategies to control what can be controlled and to be unfazed by what can't.
PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

War Sport War Sport War Sport
It's very good, but the majority of case studies are from (US) military and (US) sports. if you're into neither of these, you'll struggle to relate.
There needed to be more examples from the arts, business, science & research, politics, and history. And there needed to be case studies from other cultures / parts of the world.

The best book on sports psychology and improving performance
This book is full of practical practices to improve mental aspects of sports or performance based professions (equity trading for me). As I was listening, I kept on doing the exercises and started seeing improvements. Highly recommend
