Summary
Mitch Paulson, a burnt out Detroit homicide detective, retires to a small, Northern Michigan resort town only to be reluctantly coaxed out of retirement by his brother, the local Chief of Police, to investigate the murder of a beautiful, young female lobbyist from Washington, DC, whose body is found in a building of an abandoned state mental hospital.
