Summary

Dreamcatchers trap bad dreams but some escape.

Ellen Williams, a Native American who has the gift of foretelling the future, is at a loss to explain her recurring nightmares and uncanny premonition.

When her brother’s old army friend, Travis Petersen, appears in her bookshop, Ellen can’t shake the idea there’s a strange connection between her visions and his arrival.

Plagued by disturbing dreams Travis is struggling to salvage his life and, suffering from guilt of the car accident which took the lives of his wife and son, believes he has nothing to offer a woman. Ellen is accustomed to using her gift to help others, but is finding it difficult to cope with her own needs and emotions.

Just as she is beginning to trust Travis, the discovery that he has been concealing another secret adds to her reservations.

Brought together through threats to her livelihood, can the Ellen and Travis discover the link between them, and will it lead to happiness?

Dreamcatcher Review

I was so excited to start this book, I was looking forward to seeing more of the characters from Sand Dollar and I wasn’t disappointed.

I loved learning more about Ellen and her family. Her story was a little more hard then the last book, with all the trouble with developers wanting to tare down her book store along with every other store on the street. Thank goodness it didn’t happen, and with the help of a new man in her life and her cousin they finally made it through. If not entirely unharmed.

I’m glad everything worked out in the end, and I hope that there will be a book about Ellen’s brother and his new love interest.
