About this listen
Held by the Enemy in a Land Far, Far Away?
The Land of Five is being systematically torn apart by war, and witch Lilith Lace has a number of problems. First - having been captured in the Battle of Ignis by the Elemental Coven, she's now being held - well, she really has no idea where, so getting back home again is going to be hard, if not outright impossible.
Especially since she has to cope with the deaths of everyone she's ever loved while being held captive.
Unable to decide between escape and giving up completely, Lilith is presented with a new challenge when she learns that the infamous rouge witch, Willow, is not only alive and well but played a larger role in Lilith's childhood accident than she ever imagined.
Everything Lilith's ever known is in flux. Friends are becoming enemies and enemies are becoming friends. Will Lilith finally get to the bottom of her past among the ranks of the Elemental Coven, or will she instead get hurt worse than anything she's encountered so far?

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook!
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Although I have to admit, I didn’t read book 1 in the series - and didn’t realise it was book 2 when I got it - but as I began listening I found that I was dropped smack dab into the middle of a war between two factions.
Still, it was easy enough to catch up to what was happening (the characters explained a lot of what they’d gone through in the previous book, clarifying their connections to one another within the first three or so chapters).
Well written and well read, I give The Elemental Coven a solid 4 stars.

The Elemental Coven
Excellent book! This is the second book in a trilogy. Lilith is still limping through life between the Elementals and the Council. Can it get an worse for her?It looks like it can! Lynn Norris as a terrific narrator. I was given this book by the narrator, author or publisher free for an honest review.

A spellbinding story.
Once again the now-familiar voice actress, Lynn Norris, didn't disappoint with her telling of the story. The second book of the trilogy was a well-written tale of the land of five covens and the lives of the familiar characters that made a debut in the first book. I couldn't wait to immerse myself in the daily drama of it and, once finished, I immediately began book 3.

The Elemental Coven
I don't think when I started this book I realized it was book 2 in the series. I do think this has a lot to do with the understanding and back story of the Coven. And the witches involved. I constantly felt like I was playing catch up to understand how things worked. Which made the book not as enjoyable as it should have been. The narration was nice and easy to listen to .

The Elemental Coven
The Second of the trilogy, every bit as good as the first as Lilith continues her struggle with all the things happening to her, war, loss, her new magical skills, I was completely immersed in this book and now cannot wait to get into the last book and find out how it will all end!!! The narration was , as with previous book, skilfully covered, nailing all the characters!!!
