A great guide to improve your leadership skills
The book teaches how to develop and enhance your leadership skills in a work environment. Even if you are not currently in a leadership position or are unsure if you have the qualities to be a leader, the book will clear up any doubts. It offers clear guidance on becoming a better leader and explains the importance of following these steps.
Two concepts I particularly liked are: "Be the trunk of the tree and be supportive, not superior" and "A great leader is not the focus of every aspect but creates more leaders." This book is a must-read for anyone looking to improve their leadership abilities.

This isn’t for just leaders
This book comes with a free PDF which I was so thankful for. I love the ability to switch between boat. Having said that though let me just say this book is great at giving you a good perspective on being a team member or the leader of a team. This isn’t just for leaders and it isn’t just for those who have to listen to leaders it’s for everyone wanting to do well when a part of a team it is easy advice and most advice you think oh yes why did Nite think of that, But most of us don’t think of common sense things and that is why these advice books come in anti-. I have learned so much from advice books and this one is a great one. It has quotes from famous people but isn’t ball down an opinion or silly scenarios that really don’t happen in the workplace. I truly enjoyed it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good advice on how to lead and how to be a good team member of a great leader. Everyone’s role is important when on a team and if everyone does the best and the team will be the best and we all know those and I’ve chosen field that strive to do better in those that just want to get the job done and go home and this book tells a difference between the two and again I highly recommend it.

A great book about leadership
I thought this audiobook was really interesting to listen to. It covered many aspects such as what leadership is, tips on what you should NOT be doing as part of a team, and ways to implement good leadership in the workplace to help ensure your team are working as efficiently as possible. If you are in a leadership position (or hope to be in this future), this is a very beneficial audiobook to listen to.

Lead your team, don't be their boss
I have been in leadership for a long time and my company recently merged and I have been seeing a lot of various leadership styles. Some I like, and some not so much. I am always looking for ways to improve my leadership skills so some of the things in this book were newer concepts for my and quite refreshing. The 4 step system made complete sense and is something I want to look at putting in place with my team. I try to lead my team how I would want to be led by trust and respect. This type of book needs to be bought for company conferences. It needs to be read and discussed so that all leaders work towards the same goals.

I have always worked in a team and the information in this book describes how best to work well in a team. The book gives details of what works well in a team and what does not work, people want to feel valued and so new leaders must come up with what works and the book has valuable insight so that anyone can step boldly into their role as a team leader.
Great leadership is not about position but about who you are, staying true to who you are is what helps others.
